Sean Flanders is the Director of Sale for Massachusetts and oversees the commercial team. Aside from coaching his staff, Sean also provides exemplary customer service, product knowledge and insurance advice to the customers he interacts with. Prior to joining Bearingstar in 2012, he spent 25 years in biotech sales.
When Sean isn’t working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four children in their hometown of Braintree, MA. He coaches hockey, baseball, softball and soccer, and plays in a local golf league and men’s hockey league.
