Nichole rejoined Bearingstar’s Mansfield office in 2025, bringing with her several more years of experience helping clients understand and feel confident about their insurance choices. She believes that insurance should be simple, approachable, and tailored to each person’s needs and budget. That’s why she takes the time to educate her clients and guide them toward the coverage that best fits their lives.
Before returning to Bearingstar, Nichole worked as a health insurance broker, where she developed strong analytical skills and a passion for helping people navigate complex situations. Today, she uses those same skills to provide thoughtful recommendations and exceptional service to every client she meets.
Originally from Hartford, Nichole now lives in Plainfield, Connecticut. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, volunteering in Bible education, and supporting her community through the Windham and Northeast Chambers. She lives by her personal philosophy of H.U.G.S.—Honesty, Understanding, Guidance, and Skill.
