As an Insurance Consultant with Bearingstar, Xavier Facchini works closely with individuals to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored coverage solutions to help them protect their valuable investments. Xavier began his insurance career with a national carrier, specializing in personal lines insurance, before bringing his enthusiasm, experience, and commitment to helping others to Bearingstar in January 2025.
Xavier has always called Western Massachusetts home. He grew up in East Longmeadow and now resides in Westfield. In addition to striving to make a positive impact on his clients’ lives, he supports several local charities, including Magic for Maddie, which funds pediatric cancer research, and Rays of Hope, a breast cancer support initiative.
Outside of work, Xavier enjoys spending summers on Cape Cod—especially in Hyannis—soaking up the sun and exploring the outdoors with his dog. Having grown up playing hockey, he always makes time in the winter to hit the ice. Xavier graduated from Worcester State University with a degree in business administration.
