Julie Richards is an Insurance Consultant at Bearingstar Insurance’s Mansfield Center, Connecticut office. Julie joined Bearingstar in 2022 and enjoys getting to know her clients, answering their questions, and helping them find coverage that fits their individual needs.
Before joining Bearingstar, Julie worked as a Community Outreach Specialist for a local nonprofit, where she developed strong relationships throughout the community and discovered how much she enjoys helping and connecting with others.
Having grown up in Willimantic, Julie appreciates the opportunity to work with and support people in and around the community she calls home. She is also an active member of Willimantic Soroptimist and the CT River Valley Chamber of Commerce.
Outside of work and volunteering, Julie teaches yoga and enjoys sharing her love of movement and mindfulness with others. She also loves spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, and listening to music.
