Genoveva Person joined Bearingstar Insurance in July 2024 as an Insurance Consultant, bringing a strong background in customer service and business leadership. As the former CEO of her own arborist company, she managed a team of 30 employees and built a reputation for providing exceptional client experiences. Now in the insurance industry, she is passionate about educating clients and helping them find the best financial solutions to protect their assets and loved ones.

With a background in business management and legal studies, including a paralegal certificate from the University of Connecticut, Genoveva has developed a keen understanding of risk assessment and financial protection. This education, combined with years of hands-on experience, gives her a unique perspective on helping clients navigate their insurance needs.

A native of Columbia, Connecticut, where she still resides, Genoveva spends her free time working out, cooking with friends and family, and supporting philanthropic causes. She is an active volunteer with ECAD (Educated Canines Assisting with Disabilities) and supports the Susan G. Komen Foundation as well as various suicide prevention initiatives.

With a strong dedication to helping others, Genoveva strives to make a meaningful impact—both professionally and in her community.
