Our Avon office is a cohesive team dedicated to supporting one another and our clients. We specialize in Connecticut Personal Lines—home, auto, umbrella, and recreational vehicles. We are proud to serve the local communities of Avon, Simsbury, Farmington, Canton, and West Hartford. With bilingual Spanish-speaking team members, we are equipped to assist clients, whether in person, on the phone, or via video call.
Throughout the year, we foster team engagement through themed Anchor Days, featuring fun activities and shared meals. Our office also participates in company-wide gatherings where Bearingstar employees from Massachusetts and Connecticut come together for team-building activities and networking.
