Joseph Tavella joined Bearingstar as an Insurance Consultant in 2015, but he is no stranger to the insurance industry. Joe has been working with the Arbella Insurance Group since 1987 as an independent property claims adjuster before going to work for Arbella directly from 1995 until 2003. In 2003, Joe left Arbella to join Dow Roofing Systems (“DRS”), but he also handled property claims in a part-time capacity. Joe is looking forward to using his claim experience to help his customers choose the best insurance coverage that meets their unique needs, thus giving them peace of mind protecting their assets.
Joe holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Springfield College. In his free time, he enjoys working out, coaching baseball and hockey, fishing, golfing, and spending time with his three children, Dave, Jackie, and Jonny.
