Alicia brings with her several years of insurance and customer service experience. She prides herself on taking time to properly educate her clients to make sure they understand their limits of coverage and explains the importance of having proper coverage. She has received several awards over the years for providing outstanding customer service.

Over the years Alicia has volunteered and supported several charities, and volunteers her time with local youth programs, youth camps, and soup kitchens. Every year she also organizes a toy drive for Connecticut Children’s Medical Center.

Alicia currently resides in Southington with her husband, Angelo, and daughter, Gabriella and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
