In 2017, Adam Cote joined Bearingstar to head the agency’s growing life and financial services division. Through Bearingstar, Adam provides a single-source comprehensive insurance and wealth management solutions to companies, institutions, families, business-owners and professionals. The Bearingstar approach to financial management is straightforward: listen closely to clients in order to factor all aspects of their financial lives, including goals, objectives, desired timelines and risk-tolerance.

Adam graduated with a B.A. in English and Mass Communications from Quinnipiac University in 2001. He was a journalist and news editor for five years before changing careers. He owns Life Accident and Health licenses as well as FINRA, Series 6, 7 and 63 securities registrations. Adam resides in Bristol, RI with his wife Jennifer, son Dylan and daughter Dessa.
